This policy applies to purchases made at ShopSnus.se, operated by HMU Trading AB (Org.nr. 559332-9500), Stadiongatan 65, 217 62 Malmö, Sweden. All purchases are governed by Swedish law, including the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen, 2022:260).
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return right on goods purchased in our webshop. The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day after your order has been collected at our premises, either by you personally or by a person you have authorised to collect on your behalf.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@shopsnus.se before the withdrawal period expires. Your notification must clearly state your intention to withdraw and include your order number.
Please note: Nicotine pouches and similar products with sealed hygienic packaging cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for return.
ShopSnus does not arrange or charge for shipping or collection of orders. In the event of a withdrawal or return, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the product to us at Stadiongatan 65, 217 62 Malmö, Sweden. No shipping costs are refunded.
How to Return a Product
- Contact us at info@shopsnus.se with your order number and reason for return before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
- We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request and provide a return reference number.
- Arrange for the product to be returned to: HMU Trading AB, Stadiongatan 65, 217 62 Malmö, Sweden. You are responsible for secure packaging and all transport costs.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation and your return reference number inside the package.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund or prepare a new order for collection, depending on your preference.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided documentation that it has been returned.
Complaints and Defective Products
In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have a 3-year right to make a complaint about a defective or faulty product from the date of purchase. You must notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault — generally within 2 months.
To make a complaint, contact us at info@shopsnus.se with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs where possible. If the complaint is approved, we will cover reasonable return costs and offer either a full refund or a new order prepared for collection.
Uncollected Orders
Orders are held at our premises for a maximum of 21 days from the date the order is confirmed as ready for collection. Before this period expires, we will send you a reminder by email.
If your order is not collected within 21 days, it will be considered unclaimed. A handling fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund to cover storage and administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our handling of a complaint or return, you have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at www.arn.se. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
