Prices
At HMU Trading AB, all prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT and Swedish duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. Subject to availability of goods.
Payment
HMU Trading AB accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. The payment will be charged to your account up to 24 hours before the item is packed and ready for collection. All amounts are in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
The products are made available for collection at HMU Trading AB's premises in Sweden, and the customer is solely responsible for arranging such collection. The customer may collect the products in person or appoint a third party to do so on their behalf. Any such third party, whether a private individual or a transport provider, shall act solely on behalf of the customer. HMU Trading AB does not arrange, organise or coordinate transportation and does not recommend or require the use of any specific transport providers.
When collecting the products, the customer or any third party acting on the customer's behalf must provide sufficient information to identify the order, including the order number and the name of the customer. You may use the authorisation form included in the order confirmation for this purpose. HMU Trading AB may refuse to hand over the products if adequate identification of the order is not provided.
Delivery shall be deemed completed, and all risk relating to the products shall pass to the customer, at the time the products are handed over to the customer or to any third party acting on the customer's behalf at HMU Trading AB's premises.
Warranty
A 3-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. You may have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. HMU Trading AB will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
Right of Complaint
A 3-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Our right of complaint covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return right on goods purchased in our webshop.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods as well as arranging the transport of the goods. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery).
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may test the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.
Refunds
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid back.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned them.
Cross-Border Shopping
All sales are made locally in Sweden, and the products are sold and made available for collection at HMU Trading AB's premises in Sweden. HMU Trading AB does not offer or arrange cross-border shipping.
If the customer chooses to bring or arrange for the transport of the products to another country, this is done solely at the customer's own responsibility. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws, customs regulations, taxes or duties in the relevant country. HMU Trading AB bears no responsibility in this regard.
Uncollected Orders and Cancellations
Orders are held at our premises for a maximum of 21 days from the date the order is confirmed as ready for collection. Before this period expires, we will send you a reminder by email.
If your order is not collected within 21 days, it will be considered unclaimed. A handling fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund to cover storage and administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are prepared for pickup at 12:00 and will be ready for collection shortly thereafter. If there are any delays, we will contact you the same day.

Yes, it is legal to shop with us. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding VAT and duties in Sweden.
Where is the purchase made?
Your purchase is made in Sweden.
What if I cannot collect my order?
