Prices:
At HMU Trading AB, all prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT and Swedish duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. Subject to availability of goods.
Payment:
HMU Trading AB accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. The payment will be charged to your account up to 24 hours before the item is packed and ready for collection. All amounts are in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery:
The customer is responsible for arranging the collection of their order.
Warranty:
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. You may have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. HMU Trading AB will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
Right of Complaint:
A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. We do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery).
Right of Withdrawal:
You have a 14-day full return right on goods purchased in our webshop.
Returns:
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
Condition of the item upon return:
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may test the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.
Refunds:
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid back.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned them.
